The beginning of the month means that PixelScrapper has a new blog train with some fabulous freebies...I followed the color palette they provide for this month, but just couldn't find the inspiration for a whole kit. Instead I have a few papers and journal cards that are Halloween themed. Hopefully there will be of some use to you!
